Staff were very amiable and amicable, it was a pleasure meeting them. It was located in a very quiet area really close to the coast, the local bars and beach, We chose this accommodation for good prices.

Tbh, the room was very small.

Mind-blowing value for money! Admin staff were super helpful. The clean and spacious room felt like a home with convenient amenities including a washing machine, iron, and big fridge freezer. The family room with 2 baths was perfect. The sea view, separate bedroom, and big fridge were jaw-dropping. AC heating kept us warm, and the lift made it easy to access the third floor. Plenty of space, bright windows, and a balcony added to the wow factor. The safe gated property was close to the beach and the lovely pool, with very helpful staff. The bus stop just outside was a plus. We were delighted by the nearby La Traviata Restaurant/Bar with great Italian food and very friendly staff.

I liked the apartment as it had lots of facilities such as new microwave cooker fridge freezer and a washing machine! Plus the view from our room was amazing!

I did not like the fact there is no sun beds to lay on so you have to lay on the hard grass or the scratchy floor by the pool! But the pool is gorgeous and massive! with a nice small pool to just jump into to cool off a bit.

Appartments were well equipped and comfortable. Nice and quiet in April, but walls thin, so would probably be very noisy in high season.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach and bus stop made it easy to explore the area. the room was comfortable and clean, with a separate bedroom and a big fridge. the staff were helpful and the gated property made us feel safe. We also enjoyed the lovely pool area.

The sea view was blocked by tall trees, which was a bit disappointing.

WAshing machine in apartment - very clean

There was no kettle in the apartment despite asking for one. The management company said people didn't use kettles in Spain!! Only issued with one key for 4 people - restricted movement. The apartment buildings managed by a management company so no reception like other apartment blocks as most of the apartments used as 2nd homes. Not a hotel so cannot comment on the staff

The Casinomar was a very comfortable apartment not a hotel. Home from Home!

On arrival it was not clear on how to access the apartment as the complex was all gated - We found out from the mini market that the reception office was closed but there was a number to call in the window for assistance but this should have been made clear when we booked. So we knew what to expect.

We had a blast exploring the Torrequebrada Casino, which was just a short distance away. The golf course was also nearby, so we got to play a few rounds and show off our skills. Plus, there was even a casino right on-site, which made our nights extra exciting!

The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be if there were more options for young party-goers. It would have been awesome to have a nightclub or a bar right at the complex where we could have danced the night away.

the rooms are large, nice and clean, pretty new. "homy" surroundings, lots of flowers.

the pool is next to busy road so lots of traffic noise from there. room cleaning needed more often, now only once during one week holiday.

I like the enviroment, flowers, plants, swiming-pool, the appartment is big ang confiortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is parking for cars.

I didn't like very much the communication, was a misunderstanding about after hour chech-in... (I answered them in time about my late arrival but it took time and money to solve that).

We had a great time staying in this spacious apartment close to the beach. the location was perfect with a bus stop right outside and a shop nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed including a fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. the staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the view from our balcony. it was a fantastic experience.

It would have been even better if there was a bar on site for convenience.

it was a bit far out from everything...u could walk but it would take a while! and there was no hotel bar :(

The hotel is within walking distance to Torrequebrada, the pool is conveniently located, and there is a restaurant nearby called La Traviata that is worth a visit.

There was a lovely pool and views of the sea. The location was quiet and Torrequebrada was easily accessible. Appreciated that it was also short walk to beach, and airport...

First of all I would like to say that Casinomar is not a hotel, it is a very nice complex with houses only with apartments that contains 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. We where a group of 8 friends, all of us were thanks of the offered service. The apartment was clean, large, the kitchen very well equipped, we had sea view. The complex has a nice, clean and large swimming pool. At 50 meters of the complex it is the bus station, or if you want to walk by foot for admire the promenade and the sea, you will make around 20 minute until the center of Benalmadena. I recommended with confidence Casinomar, ratio price / quality it is satisfactory, because we felt so good, so that we decide to come back next year in the same place.
